These workshops combine the highly specialised AT interweaves with the DBR process to more effectively release bracing from moments of shock, armouring against affect, & armouring against core pain. The interweaves facilitate more complete orienting “away from” during moments of traumatic experience. Thereby allowing full orienting towards healing to occur.
