Internal Family Systems (IFS) has gained growing recognition as a transformative and evidence-informed approach to psychotherapy. With a strong theoretical foundation and increasing research support, IFS is now widely used to address a broad spectrum of clinical concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and relational difficulties. Its integrative and non-pathologising model offers valuable applications for both individual and systemic work.
