The University of Otago offers the opportunity to achieve a:
Post Graduate Certificate in Health Sciences endorsed in EMDR Therapy qualification.
Consists of:
Year one - the Foundational clinical practice in EMDR Therapy training
Year two – the Advanced clinical practice in EMDR Therapy training
Applications to the Advanced paper must have completed the year one paper. We will also consider applicants that have already completed EMDRNZ accredited Basic Training.
These courses are designed for Aotearoa New Zealand’s unique culture and context and provides a great opportunity to gain a recognised qualification demonstrating competence in EMDR Therapy.
Both papers are led by EMDRNZ Accredited EMDR trainer, MaryAnn Stevens, along with a team of experienced mental health clinicians, trainers, case consultants and lecturers.
