You're invited to a two-day experiential, in-person training in Auckland focused on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model for therapists working with trauma, its impacts and personal growth.

What You'll Experience:

Feel and Sense IFS: The training is designed to move beyond theory, helping you experience and sense into the IFS model in your work with clients.

Parts and Trauma: Explore how different parts within an individual respond to trauma, noting both the unique aspects of individual systems and the striking resemblances across different people and in humanity.

Brief Theoretical Framework: A concise theoretical overview of IFS will be provided.
