Creative Pathways to Healing: Person-Centred Art & Sandtray Therapy
This immersive workshop explores the power of creative expression as a path to healing. By drawing on person-centered therapeutic principles, participants will engage deeply with both art and sand tray modalities. Guided activities encourage attendees to use art materials and miniature figures within sand trays to externalize emotions, explore personal narratives, and access subconscious insights.
