CONCINNITY TRAINING

Professional Development, September to November 2026

Four live online learning opportunities for therapists, counsellors, social workers, and other health professionals who want to deepen their understanding of Internal Family Systems, somatic healing, addictive patterns, and relational trauma.

INTRODUCTION TO INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS
Friday 25 September - 9.30am to 4.30pm

An experiential introduction to the Internal Family Systems model. Explore parts, protective intentions, and the qualities of Self, while learning practical ways to bring this compassionate, non-pathologising approach into your work with clients.

TWO-DAY IFS AND SOMATIC EMBODIMENT TRAINING
Thursday 8 and Friday 9 October - 8.30am to 4.30pm each day

This two-day experiential training brings Internal Family Systems together with somatic embodiment and nervous system awareness. Learn how to work gently with protective parts, embodied responses, and experiences that may not be reached through words alone.

IFS AND ADDICTIVE PATTERNS
Monday 9 November - 9.30am to 4.30pm

Explore addictive patterns through a compassionate IFS lens. Rather than seeing addiction as resistance or dysfunction, this workshop considers the protective purpose of addictive parts and how we can support them without shame, force, or judgement.

DRAWN TO WHAT HURTS
Monday 30 November - 9.30am to 4.30pm

Why can people feel drawn towards relationships and experiences that repeat familiar pain? This workshop explores relational patterns through an IFS and trauma-informed lens, helping practitioners understand the protective parts, attachment wounds, and embodied responses that can keep these patterns in place.
